The General Works and Maintenance Division undertakes general building work from £5,000 to £500,000 per contract and maintenance contracts of up to £1,000,000 per year (both planned and responsive).

We have dedicated permanent maintenance staff comprising of supervisors, joiners, bricklayers, tile, slate and felt roofers, labourers, plumbers and electricians and run a fleet of fully equipped vans. We are able to offer maintenance and responsive repair contracts.

 

Our Clients include BNFL, the Ministry of Defence, Benefits Agency, British Telecom, Halifax Estate Agents, University of Central Lancashire, various Housing Associations and we also carry out insurance work for Capita McLarens.
