Contracts Manager - North West
Contracts Manager with experience of managing multiple projects concurrently up to the value of £10m. Able to liaise with both sub-contractors and site teams you should equally have strong client skills. Applicants should come from a Site or Project Management background.

Estimator - Preston H.Q.
Experienced and with knowledge of various forms of contract, you will have responsibility for preparing tenders across a wide range of projects. You must be able to display commercial astuteness with the ability to manage the whole pre-contract process.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - North West
Responsibilities include sub-contract procurement and the administration of sub-contracts, carrying out internal and external valuations and negotiating final accounts on a number of contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and have experience of working in a customer focused environment.
