Exciting progress is underway at Buile Hill Mansion as work extends beyond the historic house to transform the adjacent social club into a stunning new Banqueting Suite. The upgrade is part of the wider refurbishment project, ensuring this much-loved Grade II listed site becomes a premier venue for weddings and events.
A key challenge has been addressing the failed roof of the social club building. To tackle this, we have installed a fully designed and sheeted scaffold structure with a ‘Haki’ temporary roof system. This solution allows work to continue while protecting the building from water damage.
With the old roof covering carefully removed, the next phase involves installing a high-performance liquid plastic roof over tapered board insulation, improving drainage and durability.
Once finished, the Banqueting Suite will complement Buile Hill Mansion’s grandeur, offering a stylish function space for larger celebrations.
