Imperial Court is a new development of 22 high quality town and semi-detached style houses in Nantwich constructed by John Turner.
The 2.2 acre brownfield site, which was home to the former Imperial Works factory run by Lewing Ltd, consists of four different types of private residential accommodation including conservatories, master bedrooms with en-suite and integral garages incorporating:
- high quality internal finishes throughout
- high specification fixtures and fittings
- quality fitted furniture to bedrooms and kitchens supplied by John Turner’s specialist Joinery Division
- quality white goods and fittings to all kitchens and bathrooms.
The properties were of traditional construction consisting of strip foundations, beam and block ground floors, timber upper floors and brick/block external walling. The striking external elevations were a combination of brickwork and render.
A neutral colour scheme flows throughout the property’s decoration including contemporary flooring, furniture and accessories with accents of chartreuse mustard and black to create a flow between the spaces.
External works included an associated adoptable carriageway, block paved driveways, turfed rear gardens, landscaped front gardens, pavements, tree and box hedge planting along with soft landscaping and public realm.
This project was the second phase of the whole development and was fully sold, reflecting the quality of the build and contemporary design of the scheme.
