Refurbishment of C-GULL Building

We are pleased to announce that John Turner Construction has been awarded the contract to refurbish the ground floor of the University of Liverpool Cancer Research Centre, known as the C-Gull Building.

The C-Gull Fit-Out Works will transform the existing space to create a modern and functional environment. The refurbishment includes a new reception and waiting area, mechanical and electrical upgrades, new ceilings and partitions, as well as new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. Additional enhancements will feature bespoke timber screens and contemporary seating, ensuring a premium finish throughout.

This project is an important step in enhancing the facilities within the C-Gull Building, providing an improved space for visitors and staff. Our team is committed to delivering a high-standard fit-out that supports the vital work carried out at the Cancer Research Centre.

Works have now commenced, with completion scheduled for summer 2025.
