A Solar PV array covering over 85% of the roof and able to provide 700KVA has been installed along with new LED lighting throughout. The 10,000 sq ft of ground and first floor office accommodation was also fully refurbished.

External works included parking spaces for 18 HGV’s and 88 cars with 20 electric vehicle charging points, along with covered cycle storage, a new security gatehouse and 1.75 acres of tarmacked lorry trailer parking. A MUGA Court, Petanque Court, trim trail and landscaped wellness garden have also been added to this ESG-focused facility.
