Solar PV warehouse roof installation completes

John Turner Construction’s Solar 120 project is progressing well on site to provide a ground-breaking 120,000 sq ft BREEAM Excellent and Net Zero Carbon warehouse unit for CBRE Investment Management and Harlex Property. The building has a strong focus around enhancing its environmental credentials whilst providing a best in class refurbished project.

The self-generating renewable energy facility on Europa Boulevard in Warrington, features roof solar PV, electric charging points and LED lighting.

With a continued commitment to sustainability and wellbeing, Solar 120 has been designed to offer wellness amenities including landscaped areas with seating, Petanque pitch, a multi-sport court, bee hives and trim trails to enhance the daily lives of the building users.
