The new 4148m2 building will incorporate:

  • 10 classroom suites
  • therapy accommodation
  • staff facilities
  • dining and sports hall
  • a 20 metre hydrotherapy pool including changing facilities
  • a dedicated rebound therapy room with a sunken trampoline
  • a sensory integration room
  • soft play areas
  • a multi-sensory sound and light room with immersive technology.

A sensory courtyard garden in the centre of the building will bring the outside in and create spaces for calming and creativity with a woodland garden and arrival courtyard to welcome children and visitors.
